Marlon Molmisa is the Founding President of Mzone Training Philippines and Chairman of the Elevaxion Inc., / pronounced as "elevation" / is a Christian non-profit organization that gathers servant-leaders, speakers and influencers from various industries and sectors of the society who spearhead community projects primarily focusing on education, food and health, and youth leadership development.

His life is a story of "rags-to-riches" as he came from a poor family who eventually found his passion in education which led him into a prosperous life. He has a well-rounded experience in sales and marketing as most of his business ventures became thriving in all areas, not just in sales. In fact, his training company has reached 121% increase in sales in 2019 compared to the previous calendar year. 

Aside from his training company, he was also able to build top and fast-earning businesses while he was serving as the Business Development Manager of a private firm based in Globe Telecom Plaza, Mandaluyong.

He made the EC Gas Mandaluyong Outlet of Eastern Petroleum as a top and model outlet of EC Gas brand nationwide during his time. He was also hired to be a marketing and branding consultant of various brands from different industries such as general services, construction, health and wellness and magazine publication.

He devoted his past 10 years in pioneering and developing several businesses in various business lines such as retail, distribution, gas and oil, health and wellness, publishing, marketing and construction.
