The best-selling author of 'Only the Real Matters' and 9 other books, FRANCIS J. 1) What can you say about the Filipino youth?

Full of potential and does not use it. Very creative yet lacks discipline. Adapts quickly yet does not have a clear sense of identity.

2) How youth can be a great leader?

Be a good example. A person of responsibility and excel in studies, attitude and behavior.

3) Based on your experiences, how an ordinary person can make a difference?

By being serious with his or her duties and responsibilities and being self-driven to achieve great goals. By not being satisfied with average.

4) What is the best lesson you've learned when it comes to 'success'?

That success is never a destination, it is a journey.

5) Why bad things happen to good people?

Because God is in the business of developing human character.

6) How can you define 'failure'?

Failure is when one meets a disappointment and never even bother to give it another try.

7) If God gives you a supernatural power, how will you use it in changing the world?

By changing myself to become more like Christ and influence those closest to Him and by realizing that that supernatural power is available as I surrender my life to the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
