June 20, 1990. Ipinanganak ang author ng blogsite na ito. Historic dahil June 19 ang birthday ni Dr. Jose Rizal #PambansangBayani. Kinabukasan, birthday naman ni Marlon. Kinabukasan, birthday naman ng teacher niya noong grade 3. Yun ang gurong nagsabi sa kanya: Magiging teacher ka!

Pagkalipas ng ilang taon, nagkatotoo ang hula. Naging guro nga si Marlon.

Kumuha siya ng Bachelor in Elementary Education with Pre-School units sa UP (University of Pasig). Sa tagalog, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Pasig. Pagkapasa sa LET, naisipan ni Marlon pumasok sa mundo ng negosyo habang yakap ang pagkatawag sa pagtuturo sa paniniwalang pwedeng yumaman ang teacher.

Marlon Molmisa (Kuya Lon) is a youth inspired speaker who has already spoken and trained thousands of young people from different youth groups, educational institutions, Sangguniang Kabataan, youth ministries, churches, NGO's, and companies since 2007. He is the General Manager of Mentors Zone, the Top Brand Philippines’s 2013 Youth Workshop-Training Provider of the Year and currently a Business Development Officer of BGM Marketing and General Services Corporation.

Marlon is one of the judges of Ten Outstanding Students of Makati 2013. He also served as a member of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Pasig Board of Regents in 2010-2011. He received the SARANGJE Integrity Award of Pasig Student Consumers Cooperative, University Leadership Award and Socio-Civic Award of PLPasig in 2011. An alumnus of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Pasig- College of Education (Bachelor in Elementary with Pre-School Education) and Ateneo de Manila University School of Government - Social Entrepreneurship and Youth Leadership. 

Aside from being a businessman and youth leadership advocate, Marlon is also a licensed professional teacher who’s now maximizing his purpose in training and public speaking. He conducts youth leadership workshops from different schools (elementary to college) and companies (young professionals). He develops leadership curriculum and personal development lessons for young people and students. 

He’s one of the first certified trainers of Mr. Jayson Lo's YOUnique DISC Personality: Understanding Others by Understanding You. An accredited facilitator of Mr. Ken Blanchard's Ignite Youth Leadership.
