Marlon Molmisa is a distinguished leadership and management consultant, corporate trainer, entrepreneur, and author with over a decade of expertise in the learning and talent development industry.
He holds a Master's in Public Management (MPM) from the Ateneo de Manila University – School of Government and is an alumnus of the Asian Institute of Management, where he earned a Postgraduate Certificate in Business and Management Consulting.
As the Founding President of Mzone Training Philippines, Marlon leads a premier training and consultancy firm renowned for delivering high-impact solutions that foster organizational excellence and individual growth. The firm specializes in leadership development, organizational transformation, and soft skills training.
Marlon currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Molmisa Ventures Corporation, a family-owned enterprise dedicated to the creation and global distribution of e-learning materials across the United States, Canada, and Australia.
Previously, Marlon held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Azcend Leadership & Consulting Corporation, a leading talent management firm representing trainers, speakers, and training companies, from 2021 to December 2023.
In addition to owning The Digital Juan Productions, Inc., a premier full-production company, Marlon Molmisa invests in and sits on the Board of Directors of Olivz Food Corporation, which operates Olivz Coffee Company and Café.
He is the founder of the Molmisa Virtual Office + Workspace, the first municipal-accredited virtual office in Cainta, Rizal, Philippines. This initiative is designed to support Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by providing accessible and professional business solutions.
Marlon has been instrumental in formalizing and driving the growth of enterprises across a wide range of industries, including health and wellness, energy, retail, construction, publishing, and general services. He has also served as a trusted business development and management consultant for SMEs, startups, nonprofit organizations, leading corporations, and government agencies.
To further enhance his expertise, Marlon collaborates with senior consultants of the Business and Management Consultants Association of the Philippines Inc. (BMCAP), where he is also a co-founder and incorporator.
Marlon Molmisa is a consultant for the Office of the City Mayor of Pasig City, offering expertise in the management of the Pasig City Scholarship Office and other education initiatives. He has served on the Board of Regents of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Pasig (PLP) since 2011.
In 2020, Marlon was recognized as one of the "Aspiring Personalities on LinkedIn" by Marketing in Asia. He has received multiple awards, including the Integrity Leadership Award from the Pasig Student Consumers Cooperative and the University Leadership Award from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Pasig.
Marlon also served as Chairman and President of Elevaxion Inc. from 2018 to 2021, leading community projects focused on education, food security, and youth leadership.
Before transitioning into business in 2012, Marlon was an elementary and high school teacher and is a licensed professional teacher (LPT).
Marlon is married to Monica Molmisa, a Speech-Language Pathologist and the current Chief Executive Officer of their family-owned business, Molmisa Ventures Corporation.
